It is understood that there are some who say our country's motto is outdated. That we don't all believe in God, as our motto may suggest. I understand that not everyone believes in God, but why do we need to change our motto? Humans are due to make errors, but God does not. We look to him as a source of truth and goodness. Our motto serves as a reminder to look to something better, have hope, have faith that things will work out alright.
