Petition the white house to push for fingerprint technology in weapons to prevent guns from being stolen and used in crimes. We can make it possible to convert all guns to work only in the presence of a background checked responsible gun owner. If we do this, secure our borders, make harsh penalties for those that carry old tech weapons, and do responsible background checks we can make significant safety strides while maintaining more rights for gun owners. We need to look to more than just restricting gun rights for the answer and there's no reason technology can't help.
