If we allow these major or any health care insurance to pull out of the market exchange we will be denying people their basic right to health care. No one should be punished because of pre-existing conditions or any other reason. It appears that these insurance companies are out to make money and will gladly take your payments for insurance coverage, but when it comes time to use the insurance they come up with a reason not to pay out. This is a law that has been put in place for all health insurances to adhere too. Make United Health Care and Aetna participate in the market exchange or fine them for not doing so.
