Guantanamo Bay detention facility should be closed an empty by now, according to the Obama's promise. The war in which these people were detained is over, they should be charged or set free.
Americans know a bit about civil rights, yet many turn a blind eye to suspected terrorists. A religion is not grounds for endless incarceration, facts and evidence are. Produce the evidence or set them free. We all have family, lives to live, and rights to expect. America made the same mistake in WWII with the Japanese, lets right this wrong now.
