That we the American people will no longer allow illegal immigrantas to be able to use any type of Welfare, housing, SNAP, or assistance that is paid for by the American people until they themselves become Taxpayers or have been taxpayers. That we will no longer allow any type of degredation of the system and misuse of funds causing fraud, waste and abuse of assistance programs designed to assist in helping until they themselves have put into the same economy.
