Bar individuals from pursuing legal action or litigation against and protect any religious organization, pastor, minister, church leader or deciples from performing marital unions of any kind if it conflicts with the religious beliefs of that religious organization, pastor, minister, church leader or deciple. It should be the unwavering right of a religious organization, pastor, minister, church leader or deciple to deny their services when and where it conflicts with the beliefs of that religious organization, pastor, minister, church leader or deciples without facing any legal action or litigation.
