keep intact the 2nd Amendment, including reversing any gun laws that clearly violate the 2nd Amendment.

I submit this petition to state my stand on the protection of gun owners and potential gun owners and their rights. It is VERY clearly stated in the 2nd Amendment that "A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." We the People, fight for our rights and respectfully ask that you not force our hand. The statistics CLEARLY show, that where legal gun ownership is high, crime is lower than areas with restricted gun ownership. Nationwide concealed carry, with proper training is the BEST step to prevent further tragedies, or at the very least slow them down.
