Keep the Internet free of new regulation until we can further understand the harm restriction can have on it.

While the ITU tries to create policies to censor and limit the Internet, the U.S. Government tries to pass laws or bills such as SOPA and PIPA. This petition is to demand that the U.S. Government denies any new regulation on the use of the Internet, be it for piracy or censorship, or anything that would otherwise hinder anonymity and free speech on the Internet any farther until we can completely understand the effects censorship and Internet restrictions can have.
