This petition asks that the Administration keep its campaign promise to end taxes for seniors making less than 50K a year. My letters to my Senators and the White House were ignored. No one has even proposed such a tax reform.
At 70, I had to go back to work to keep my home from foreclosure. Tho I have had Medicare for 5 yrs, I am again paying Medicare taxes and I will have to work to 76 to earn $200 a month on Social Security. The taxes I have to pay are making it less possible to keep the home I built and I cannot afford dental work and glasses. We need help!!!
