Keep Lenders from harming Veteran's

I operate a termite company in California and I am involved in many VA loan applications, as VA requires a termite inspection prior to funding the loan. The Inspection is almost always requested after the veteran has paid the lender all fees required. The inspection request is almost always a surprise to the veteran and they are never told that VA requires a CLEAR report. That is, any problems with your house and the loan won't close.
More than half the veterans I encounter are getting the loan to perform much needed repairs. I end up being one more expense before their request is denied.
Please force the lenders to make it clear UP FRONT, before any money changes hands,EXACTLY what will be required to close the loan. Stop taking advantage of our veterans!
