Criminals will always find a way to get a hold of guns, when we limit gun owners; the only results are that law abiding citizens can't protect themselves. There called criminals because they don't follow the law; consequently all it does is hurt innocents. Saying that guns kill people is like saying that pencils misspell words, cars drive drunk, forks make people fat, matches cause arson. Drugs are illegal; you think banning them makes drugs less available? No it just makes them less safe and puts them right into the hands of the people we don't want to have them. CT already has an assault weapons ban, and it did nothing to prevent the unspeakable tragedy that occurred. We should be teaching figures of authority how to authority how to use gun to protect people when in times of danger.
