The cost of running the government is getting so high that we need some changes. There isn't any reason that someone who only works for 1 or 2 terms should get a full retirement package. If someone in the private sector gets fired after even 15 years they don't get full pay and medical for them and their family for life. They should have to work for at least 20 years before that happens then a retirement package just for them not their family.
The vacations are way to extreme also. If it's just a 1 day a day on each end for travel time is ok but not like it is now. They have as many days off as they work and if you count the hours worked in a day it's more.
They don't need their own planes either. It would be cheaper to buy a first class ticket.
No private staff either we don't have one
