Major ISPs want to create a "fast lane" for a premium that would give certain service providers that can afford it a better service while allowing smaller services and websites who can't afford to likely wither and die. This seriously impacts many small businesses who rely on ISPs streaming their data and products, and if these small businesses can't afford the premium (which, by the way, hasn't ever been clearly defined), then travelers to their website will leave, not wanting a slow service. What this will, in turn, do is cause a small business to lose profits, and possibly die, hurting the economy further.
