We the people petition for a common sense preventative measure when it comes to our children in the school system. The school system itself should provide a safe and secure place for all the children, this petition just asks that it be addressed sooner rather than later. All schools need to be as safe as they possibly can be, for the little ones inside. Requiring metal detectors at all school entrances is a safety measure that can no longer be overlooked.
