Many Americans have concerns that our constitutional rights are being violated. Since 2013, many people have become concerned with their personal privacy, since the NSA whistleblower, Edward Snowden, revealed PRISM. I, the author of this petition, have seen claims where PRISM violates the 4th Amendment of the constitution. PRISM is a program that can and probably has been exploited for use against United States citizens illegally.
The 4th amendment has also been violated countlessly by police officers. There is video evidence on the Internet of police entering, searching, and/or seizing property without a warrant, which is illegal to do under that amendment.
More than just the 4th amendment have been violated. This is a call to secure our rights as citizens.
