Look, we get that some people don't like how the election turned out. But we also understand that patriotism means loving our country and our laws, no matter who is in charge. And in America, that means accepting election results even when they favor a candidate we do not like.
In light of this, we humbly request that our states remain a part of the United States of America, and that you dismiss any petition to secede.
