Barack Obama has sent his 2008 campaign operative, Jeremy Bird to Israel to mobilize the get-out-the-vote effort for Isaac Herzog, the chief opponent of Benjamin Netanyahu. Obama may not like Netanyahu, but he should not practice his underhanded shenanigans in a sovereign nation.
