To raise awareness on legislation promoting that gun control is needed in terms of what type of ammunition and guns are available for personal purchase in the United States. Furthermore, to prove one man's speaking out and using freedom of speech does not warrant deportation from the United States, because it was not hostile in any form. Mr. Morgan's words were not unconstitutional under the first amendment which protects the right of 'freedom of expression from government interference.'
