This is to petition the Obama administration to keep the Department of Defense rule of no hands in pockets while in military uniform in place. With your help we can offset the attempt of another petition to change the rule that allows military members to place their hands in their pockets. Although this change is minor, the effects will cause morale and discipline to deteriorate.
