With the increasing number of fatalities in black communities across the country, caused by culturally misinformed police officers, we the people, are demanding a change in policy. We are demanding that officers be made to police their own communities in which they have lived in, experienced, and learned the culture of, for a minimum of 2 years. This change in policy moves to eliminate legal misunderstandings, altercations, and and causalities caused by cultural ignorance. Officers with no knowledge of a community should not be allowed to police said community with such authority that our police officials hold.
