our constitution by law mandates the post office- not UPS or Fedx. Ex military make up most of the work force. States have cut back on services. could pick up some of the load for DMV( driver license and renewal of tags) also most be free to states b/c they are serving us already.
My next major suggestion- national lottery. Sole purpose - help retire the nation debt. The money should be split- more then 50% on winning ( pot again based on demand from public) and 50% going directly to national debt. ticket purchases made at US post office and possibly other federal building. US congress to keep their hands off of it- monies go directly to pay down the national debt.
