Keep the President's promises by signing Senator Ron Johnson's "If You Like Your Health Plan, You Can Keep It Act".

Created by C.F. on November 08, 2013

Senator Ron Johnson of Wisconsin introduced a bill that would amend the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (aka "ObamaCare") to do what Obama repeatedly has promised, both while campaigning for the ACA prior to its passage and as recently as several months ago. Specifically, it would allow people with existing insurance plans the option of keeping them even if they don't meet the more expensive coverage standards that the ACA imposes. This applies to individually purchased insurance as well as group policies offered by employers or unions.

If Obama is serious about being "sorry" that people who were promised they could keep their existing coverage are now being told that they cannot, he will support Senator Johnson's bill, recommend that Congress pass it, and sign it into law.
