RIF (Reading is Fundamental) is a 45 year old literacy institution that will lose its funding. It is important that children have access to books in addition to new technology. In Maryland alone, we stand to lose 4.1 Million in book grants if RIF is taken away. We cannot afford for our children to lose especially when it comes down to education.
