Our constitution does not guarantee rights to all humans, only to those citizens and legal residents of the United States. In that spirit we need to stop guaranteeing the same rights to people inside our country illegally. There are basic human rights that all people should enjoy, but these are very basic in deed. The protections guaranteed in the constitution do not and should not apply to those who have broken our laws to be here in our country or have broken our laws after coming to our country. We need to define the difference between basic human rights and the rights guaranteed by our constitution, then enforce them appropriately.
