Robert McDonald serves as the Secretary of the VA with pride and without prejudice, to effect change within the VA, this will take time, due to the constraints of the democratic process instituted within our political structure. We the veterans and citizen soldiers of the United States agree through our signatures, on this petition being circulated through the internet to the White House, that we attest, Mr. McDonald deserves the right to implement procedures and culminate to fruition the processes involved.
