Women and Children should feel safe in our society. Once a person has committed and been found guilty of Rape of a Woman or Child, or Molestation of a Child, for the second time they should permanently be removed from society. Life sentences without Parole. Too many sexual predators are living among us with more than three convictions of harming women and children. They should not be allowed back on the streets to harm again after the second offense. If someone has shown such little regard for the lives of women and children, they should not be allowed among the general population, even with notification. We need to be safe to walk our streets.
