With all the recent shootings, it's become more and more obvious that giving the shooter's details out inspires other shooters to try and do the same so they can wind up with a headline. Thus, I am proposing a sanction that no longer lets murderers or mass shooter be recognized in the media. Instead, a placeholder name will be used, and I vote for that name to be "Some A**hole".
