Although social security is not in immediate jeopardy, the long term solvency is in question. Therefore, remove the cap on social secuirty withholdings and subject all earnings to social security/FICA taxes. If this generates more income than is needed, lower the employee portion of social secuirty/FICA withholdings which was found to be an execellent economic stimulant during the "tax holiday".
