Keep the St. James Hospital Up and not be turned into a clinic because people would have to go to a furthure hospital.

Created by M.L. on March 31, 2016

Chicago Heights is closing St. James Hospital and turning it into a clinic, but why when we already have 2-3 clinics out here. Secondly, people would have to drive an extra 10 mins to the next closest hospital but those 10 mins you waste driving could have an effect on the person who needs medical attention ASAP. Someone could be dying, having a baby, and people from University Park and Stegar and etc... Wouldn't like to have to drive further than what they already have to. Yes, I know thats less taxes to pay but those taxes go to a hospital to help save not only yours but also someone else's life.
