Keep the state of California as one state and find a solution for balancing representation in the state.

Created by B.L. on February 22, 2014

The state of California is in a state of poverty and is overpopulated at about 38.3 million people. A venture capitalist named Tim Draper created a plan to divide the state into 6 states. Most people are saying California should remain one whole state. The state's size and population is so big, there's not enough equal representation for the whole state. Instead of dividing the state, we need a solution to have balanced representation in the state, and get the population out of poverty by fixing the state's economy and keeping the state as one whole. Overpopulated areas also need some balance in numbers of representation of the state government.
