Keep States from treating the mentally ill in bad ways when holding for hearings and all.

Mentally Ill patients that are in certain states that have hearings because of family wanting them too or something like that get treated in all kinds of bad ways much of the time. Prevent this from happening. Many times the patients in some backwards states are sending these good people to the courthouse are to the local state hospital in a jump-suit like prisoners wear and the title is put on the cloths too--Mental Patient." Is this not the state violating the HIPA laws and mandates of this land. In these county jails these guys and ladies get treated like second class citizens and sometimes the bad treatment goes on after the stay when they move into the state hospital. Hospitals in some states have poor treatment of this population. It needs to get better.
