(A) The Democratic leadership must submit legislation which prevents the taxpayer from having to pay the $500.00/hour bill for the lawsuit against the President of the United States by the GOP.
(B) The Democratic leadership must submit legislation that holds Representative Boehner PERSONALLY responsible for the total bill, without recompense from the public OR the GOP.
