Until Vietnam, the United States avoided inserting itself into the internal affairs of other countries. Since Vietnam, however, we have increasingly meddled in other country's affairs. The results have always been negative. Let us return to a policy of staying out of other country's business until and unless we are asked to step in. Keep the U.S. out of Syria's internal affairs.
