Tax our oil and gas by keeping it in the USA.
Other countries and US companies should not be shipping oil or gas drilled in the USA outside our country. No other country or any company that is not owned by US tax payers should not be allowed to drill on our soil, nor in our waters. The taxes generated would wipe out our national deficit in 5 years. Energy independence starts by keeping our oil in the USA.
