Keep the war dogs from getting euthanized or sold to private parties and be adopted by their military handlers

Our military dogs are coming home and either being euthanized or sold for high dollar amounts to personal parties instead of allowing the handler of the dog to adopt them. The excuse is that it is too difficult to know who the handler was but the dog comes with paperwork and it is clear. The veterinarian fees are high.
Please sign this petition to bring this to the attention that nothing is getting done and these animals are suffering. We train them and they die for our country and they create a special bond with the handler they are assigned to when they are working overseas. It is only right to give them the chance to adopt their friend.
