keeping companies held responsible for what employees read as what facts are in company handbooks mainly regarding LOAs

Created by A.G. on August 20, 2013

An organization with more than 5000 employees having to do with healthcare insurance should follow their own company handbook rules and regulations when it comes to an employee following the rules that are written in the handbook instead of being terminated because supervisors are upset due to an employee creating a complaint for bullying or not following proper procedures when it comes to requesting an accommodation but instead just does nothing and then performance manages that employee out while at the same time talking about the upset employee to other employees regarding health conditions and just literally causing more grief for that employee, the one that was just trying to follow rules according to a company handbook
