This is an outrage, The Salisbury DLLR refuses since 2007 to pay money to Carla, they have used all sorts of Fake Laws claiming she is in tax evasion, She couldnt vote took her license & refuses since 2008 to deliver mail all sent to Circuit Court last year they refuse to respond or make any parties responsible, allowed Mona Tinaza of Enterprise Rental to buy a fake court case, I won, they were in contempt openly, they took my car & the rental they said I stole, my car was reported stolen from Pohanka Carl Center Never been returned!
