Psychological Operations (Psyops) cause great extent and harm to the infrastructure of U.S. Civilization and Humanity. People who have greater abilities of intelligence and knowledge then most people are able to 'tweak' the way many other intelligent people think about Politics or other subjects. When intelligent people in general are more prone to certain types of deception, it can cause great damage to a country.
