We, the undersigned, believe that the greatest threat to American democracy, posterity, and freedom is Donald Trump and the hate speech upon which he is running for President.
Understanding that the human right of freedom of speech is held sacred in the United States under the 1st Amendment of the Constitution, we believe that Donald Trump's platform is tantamount to shouting "fire" in a crowded theater, paraphrasing the honorable Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr.'s majority opinion in Schenck v. United States. This speech, as decided by the Supreme Court, is not protected by the Constitution and merits action by the US government to protect the rights of those who Donald Trumps wishes to slander, including but not limited to: immigrants, women, blacks, Hispanics, Muslims, the working class etc
