If any US Citizen wishes to revoke citizenship for any reason but especially or specifically to avoid US, state and local taxes, then the right of that individual to ever re-enter the US, its territories or posseions should be permanently revoked.
We should not allow these persons to enjoy any privileges that are enjoyed by citizens including visiting for any purpose US "soil".and visas to do so should be automatically denied.
Assets of these non-citizen individuals in the United States including real estate, property trusts, etc should be confiscated as payment for avoided liabilities.
Any subsequent petition for reinstated citizenship should be denied unless taxes and treble penalties are paid on any income derived from activites undertaken during the period of "non-citizenship"
