Increase the value of a US Patent, provide new jobs, jump-start the economy, create growth and value potential, increase incentive for innovation; to assist entrepreneurs who have products of medical value, scientific innovation, social value, to make America great again by providing "no brainer" tax incentives to spur qualified individuals and companies to invest in US American innovation- US patent holding US start-up companies.
