kick the States of TX, GA, TN, LA, MS, AL, AR, SC, OK, and KS out of the Union.

This petition asks the Obama Administration to begin the process of kicking the States of TX, GA, SC, TN, AL, MS, LA, OK, AR, and KS out of the Union. My rational is that letting go of these states will greatly improve the United States as these states are typical worst in things like obesity, teenage pregnancy, smoking, alcoholism, high school graduation rates, education levels, and SAT scores. These states also receive more in federal expenditures than they pay in taxes and are nothing but backwards freeloaders. So by removing these states from the Union it will save the rest of us money and will increase America's standing in the world.
