Allow Texas to secede from the United States of America. Or better yet, just kick the state out of the union and let's see how well that works out for them. As an added benefit, everyone signing petitions in other states could just move there and live amongst like-minded people. They have more than enough land and I'm sure they could use the extra taxpayer money when their US funding is cut off.
