Kindly consider the following suggestions
1. The U.N offices in the neighboring countries border can consider disconnecting the telephone connection by deprogramming the telephone circuit from its office other than deleting and when necessary disassembling.
2.once an unauthorised electronics machine is detected the telephone connection to that building should be disconnected by deprogramming the telephone circuit if feasible.
