The Ugandan Government - with the assistance of some Right Wing Christian Senators/Congressmen drafted a bill which makes homosexuality an offense punishable by prison or death. Our representatives are using their pull in our government to affect these changes in Uganda. The bill was yanked last year, but that seems only to be a formality. The message continues to go out from the government, schools, churches, etc. A recent interview of some Ugandans in the street told of how they'd rape a lesbian to teach her the right way to be - and they would kill any homosexual men.
We ask the President to convene a subcommittee to determine which of our elected officials are pushing this agenda. There should be consequences for these actions.
