1. If any uynauthorised electronics item is detected the electronics experts can hack and delete and subsequently look for any other items in that location in person
2. Divide Gautemala in areas baszed on network. Each area can be assigned to electronics experts by a President. Hack and check and then by sending them to the location.
3. Have an helicopter near by in case they need to leave
