There was a knife fight at the construction site in the Osan Air Force Base.
Subcontractor stoped the construction and warned not to use its own equipment, but prime vendor tried to use the equipment without permissions in the violation of the law. So subcontractor tried not to use its own equipment, but it didn't work out.
Everybody in the Osan Air Force Base is trying to cover up in collusion with prime vendor. Because the Osan Air Force Base is the land of America, there was a lot of illegal things going on.
