Know that kids go hungry during school because they do not get a good lunch or breakfast. They come home hungry

I hear about many kids going hungry during school making it hard for them to learn and pay attention during school. They come home hungry because they do not get good meals at school. Its great to be healthy and i support that but in my kids schools and many others they do not supply good meals and they hae cut portions. These are growing kids and they need food. It there needs to be something done about obesity in children then look at the amout of activities and exersize they get. I do not appreciate my kids having meals, I wouldn't give to a dog, at school so they can go hungry all day to come home and overeat because they have starved all day. I have my kids in sports and we do things active things at home. My kids do not have a weight problem and they do not deserve to be hungry.
