Jerry Hamilton is an OIF/OEF veteran with severe disabilities. The recently moved to a different state and in doing so he had to be re-evaluated for his caregiver's status. At that time he went from having tier 3 caregiver status to NONE.
This petition is to reassess the situation and not punish the veteran because he and his family moved to a new state.
Please, reassess and reverse this travesty of a decision so that his family can not have this struggle as they have so many as it is.
