In respect to South Korea, this group would like to petition the prevention of the removal of the statue of Comfort Women. Comfort Women was installed in Glendale to represent women's empowerment and how it embraces the history of these women forced into sexual slavery. Comfort Women does not stand for discrimination towards the Japanese; it is a honorable representation of the comfort women further promotes world peace.
